Jealousy is the lowest form of human emotion. It is both crude and immature. It’s an emotion resulting from the fear that affection from our partner may instead be bestow upon someone other than ourself. This emotion, which is similar to anger, manifests beginning from toddler age. A person with weak self-regard, can experience the process of regression when he/she falls in love with someone. They express their jealousy by speaking or acting crudely, in fear of losing that someone to another.
According to American psychologist Kubler Ross’ research, a person who’s deprived of affection, until he/she faces up to the reality, he/she goes through 5 stages of emotion.
The first one is ANGER.
The second one is DENYING REALITY.
The third stage is BARGAINING.
